Hi, I’m Dr. Sarah Eichenbaum

Founder & Pelvic Floor Specialist

As a mother of two, I’ve been through the physical transitions and the quiet frustrations that come with them. I know the vulnerability of feeling like your body isn’t quite "yours" anymore, and the exhaustion of navigating symptoms—whether it’s bladder leaks, pelvic pain, or core weakness—that are often dismissed as "just part of motherhood" or "just part of aging".

But honestly, it doesn't have to be that way.

I started Pillar Core because I believe women deserve better than just "getting through it”. My mission is to provide the compassionate, specialized care I would want for myself or my own friends, whether you are navigating your first pregnancy, deep into postpartum, or moving through menopause.

I’d love to hear your story.

Let me use my expertise, passion, and experience to bring you back to enjoying life the way you envision it.
