  • 30-60 minutes discussing fuel, hydration, and your gym routine — think of this as the 'Owner’s Manual' for your body that you should have been given at 30, but definitely need by 45

  • Care brought right to your home through a secure video session

Common Conditions

  • Urinary Incontinence: Leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising (Stress Incontinence), or having a sudden, uncontrollable urge to go (Urge Incontinence)

    Frequency and Urgency: Feeling the need to use the bathroom more than 8 times a day or feeling like you can't wait

    Hesitancy or Straining: Difficulty starting the stream of urine or feeling like the bladder isn't completely empty after going

    Constipation: Straining to have a bowel movement or feeling "blocked"

    Fecal Incontinence: Accidental loss of gas or stool

    Incomplete Evacuation: The sensation that you need to go again immediately after a bowel movement

    GI discomfort: heartburn and bloating

    Pressure or Heaviness: A "dragging" sensation in the pelvis that often feels worse at the end of the day

    Dyspareunia: Pain during or after sexual intercourse

    Vaginismus: Involuntary tightening of the vaginal muscles, making penetration painful or impossible

    Pelvic Pain: Aching or sharp pain in the lower abdomen, hips, or tailbone 

  • Diastasis Recti Abdominis (DRA): A gap between the left and right abdominal muscles and often looks like a "coning" or "doming" in the middle of your stomach 

    Core Weakness: Difficulty lifting, carrying, or exercising due to weakness after delivery

    Perineal Tearing or Episiotomy Scars: Pain, tightness, or sensitivity at the site of a tear or surgical cut after a vaginal birth

    C-Section Scar: Numbness, tingling, or "pulling" sensations around a surgical incision, stiffened scar

    Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP): A feeling of heaviness or something "sitting" in the vaginal opening

    Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP): Pain in the front or back of the pelvis (often the pubic bone or sacroiliac joints). It can feel like a "grinding" or "clicking" when walking or rolling over in bed

    Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD): A specific type of pelvic girdle pain where the ligaments that keep your pelvic bone aligned become too relaxed, causing sharp pain in the pubic area

    Pregnancy-Onset Incontinence: Leaking a small amount of urine when you laugh, cough, or sneeze

  • Lower Back Pain: General soreness, muscle spasms, or stiffness in the lumbar spine

    Sciatica: Pain located or traveling to the buttock, thigh, and lower leg

    Poor posture: Forward head position, rounded back, forward rolled shoulders

    Joint Instability: Feelings of clicking, popping, or the shoulder "slipping" out of place

    Neck & Upper Back Strain: Tension, "text neck" or restricted movement in the upper spine

    Shoulder & Wrist Pain: Weakness, achy or sharp pain

    Tendonitis: Pain around joints

    Hand pain: Pain, numbness or tingling in the thumb or hand

    Hip & Groin Pain: Deep discomfort in the front of the hip

    Knee pain: Pain located under or around the kneecap during squats or stairs

    Ankle Instability: Frequent "rolling" of the ankle or lingering pain after an old sprain

    Foot & Heel Pain: Intense soreness on the bottom of the arch or heel
